Recently renovated by acclaimed architect Patrick Ahearn, the ground floor includes a number of public spaces, including a sun room with wet bar and TV and a great room with cypress tray ceiling. This open concept room has a comfortable lounge and dining area with seating for eight.
The tastefully updated galley kitchen sparkles in a light palette of white marble and cabinetry. The new appliances are Thermador. Adjacent to the kitchen is the newly constructed laundry room with washer/dryer and half bath.
Up the Abaco pine stairs, the expansive master suite has a private full bath with shower, marble countertops and double sinks. From the master bedroom walk out onto the private terrace to relax on the settee and experience the heart-stopping views and spectacular sunsets for which the harbor side of the island is renowned. The Dilly Cottage, a separate guest suite on the grounds may be available as an add-on for an additional fee. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, pull-out sofa in the living area and kitchenette.
